I was referred to Simon by a family friend, from the first conversation I knew he was genuine and felt I could trust him. My wife and I did not know how we wanted to structure the loan and Simon gave us multiple breakdowns factoring all of our costs and future predictions. We got pre-approval and Simon dealt with the bank, it was very easy for me, all I did was answer a few questions. When we found the property we wanted Simon got the loan approved in about 2 days. Simon from Money Quest worked hard to find us the right home loan, he kept us informed every step of the way and was honest. He did all the running around and we just had to sign on the dotted line, With the incentives available, we got a bonus from the bank we signed with, which gave us a head start on the repayments. Simon has been a blessing in disguise when it has come to helping us own our first home. Simon talked us through our options and what we needed to do to settle the deal with alot of communication and unconditional support. Given we were buying a property for the first time, we needed someone who could take us through the process from start to finish with patience and honesty. Simon from MoneyQuest did exactly that: guiding us through every single step explaining the process and all things finance related to buying a property and finding the best lender for us with keeping our interests at the forefront everytime.
Simon is an excellent and honest communicator. Throughout the journey there has never been a single instance where my questions haven’t been thoroughly answered. And I have had many questions to ask at almost every step of the process: expenditure, financials, account types, interest rate types, lenders and their product comparison, valuation, pre-approvals, interest rate hikes (hot topic currently!!), re-financing etc. Simon communicated everything in simple and clear language and always backed up the conversations via e-mail. I never hesitated to ask Simon any question as I always knew I would get an honest and factual answer.
