Refer Reward Terms Conditions

To be eligible for the Reward Program, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

Referrers, those who refer new Franchise Owners and meet the criteria of these terms will receive a MoneyQuest Eftpos Card to the value of AU$2,000 and six months of social marketing at no cost to the referrer and at a commencement date to be agreed upon between the referrer and the Head of Digital Marketing and Innovation at MoneyQuest.

The terms of the Eftpos Card are available from the issuer of the card. MoneyQuest does not issue the Eftpos Card and is not responsible for honouring the Eftpos Card.

The referrer will be successful when the person he/ she refers to MoneyQuest (or its related companies) (the “Franchise Owner”) has signed a franchise agreement with MoneyQuest and the Franchise Owner settles his or her first loan.

Referrers can enter the promotion as many times as they like.

Entry is open to any broker accredited with the Money Quest Group. Employees of MoneyQuest and their immediate family members are ineligible for entry and you cannot nominate yourself, as self-nominations will not be accepted.

During the process in applying for a franchise, the General Manager of Franchise Recruitment for MoneyQuest will ask the Franchise Owner for a referral source if applicable.

For you to be eligible to receive the Reward Program, the Franchise Owner who is successful in acquiring a franchise must not have previously entered into franchise negotiations with MoneyQuest.

The nomination of a referrer is only valid during the time of applying for a franchise.

Eftpos Cards are not transferable and MoneyQuest will not offer the prize value in cash or as a credit.

The Eftpos Card will be delivered to the referrer within 28 working days of the successful Franchise Owner signing the franchise agreement.

MoneyQuest reserves the right to amend these promotion details at any time; however the terms in place at the time the nomination was received will be the terms applied to that Referee.

Privacy

During the application process you consent to us collecting information about the referrer and the Referee. MoneyQuest takes Privacy seriously and all information will remain confidential.

Disclaimer

By applying for the Reward Program you release MoneyQuest and its related companies, officers, employees and agents for any claims relating to your application and any claims in relation to the operation of the Eftpos Card and results of the social marketing program. You waive any right to take legal action regarding your application, the Eftpos Card and any decision of MoneyQuest in relation to the interpretation of these terms.
