MoneyQuest Northcote Refer a Friend

REFER A FRIEND TERMS & CONDITIONS

To be eligible for receipt of a Gift Card, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

1. Individuals who refer new clients to MoneyQuest Northcote (MoneyQuest, us, our) and meet the criteria of these terms and conditions (Referrer, you, your) shall be eligible to receive a Gift Card to the value of $50. MoneyQuest shall determine in its discretion what type of Gift Card will be offered. It will be a Gift Card that is issued by an Australian retailer for use in Australia.

2. The terms for availability and use of the Gift Card are available from the issuer of the card. MoneyQuest does not issue the Gift Card and is not responsible for honouring the Gift Card.

3. A Referrer will be eligible for receipt of the Gift Card when an individual referred to MoneyQuest (or its related companies) (the friend) has met with and participated in a detailed discussion related to credit assistance with a representative of MoneyQuest.

4. Referrers may participate in the promotion as many times as they wish.

5. Participation in the promotion is open to the general public and clients of MoneyQuest.

6. Employees of MoneyQuest and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the promotion.

7. Individuals may not refer themselves to MoneyQuest and be eligible to participate in the promotion i.e. a referral must be of another individual.

8. Should the friend referred have previously obtained credit assistance from MoneyQuest, the referral will not be eligible for receipt of a Gift Card under this promotion.

9. Gift Cards awarded under this promotion are not transferable. Any Gift Card awarded is not redeemable for cash or as a credit.

10. A Gift Card awarded will be delivered to the Referrer within 28 working days of the date of the friend’s meeting with the MoneyQuest representative.

11. MoneyQuest reserves the right to amend these promotion details at any time, however the terms in place at the time the Referral was received by MoneyQuest will be the terms applied to that Referrer.

This promotion takes effect from 31st of January, 2022 and will terminate on the 30th of June, 2022.

By applying for the Gift Card, you release MoneyQuest and its related companies, officers, employees and agents from any claims relating to your application and any claims in relation to the operation of the Gift Card. You waive any right to take legal action regarding your application, the Gift Card and any decision of MoneyQuest in relation to the interpretation of these terms.
