Homemade Meat Rub Recipe

Summer is still here, so here’s a perfect and simple dry rub recipe for your next bbq! 🌞


  • 4 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. That’s it! You can use the dry rub right away and can even be stored for up to 6 months.

How to use:

Add dry rub to your meat before cooking. Make sure to generously rub in every nook and cranny. Let the meat sit for a little to absorb the spices.
