About Joe

Joe is a diligent and multi-skilled professional with experience in finance, operations, and customer service. Born and raised in China, Joe moved to Australia in 2007 and completed a Master’s in Engineering Management and a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Joe has the ability to assist a broad range of clients, and his exceptional communication skills together with his strong work ethic ensures that each customer is well informed and receives efficient service.

Joe has been a finance client himself and therefore understands the lending process from a customer’s point of view and how trying it can sometimes be. He draws upon his experiences as a customer, as well as the finance knowledge he has accumulated so far, to make the process as seamless as possible for his clients. He takes great satisfaction in assisting clients with achieving their finance goals.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his young family and fishing at various jetties along the Mornington Peninsula.
